Our Story

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, I discovered my culinary calling early on. As a child, the kitchens of my parents were my playground – sculpting wedding cakes with my mother and indulging in the craft of caramels, brownies, and other delights with my father. These cherished memories were the foundation of my passion for pastries – the allure of balancing flavors, the fascinating chemistry behind each creation, their visual appeal, the enticing flavor combinations.

My commitment to mastering this craft led me to The French Pastry School in Chicago, Illinois, where I had the privilege to learn under world-renowned French chefs. While there, I delved into the intricate art of pastry making, mastering the creation of tarts, breakfast pastries, artisanal breads, petit fours, immaculate cakes, and the craftsmanship of sugar and chocolate candies.

However, my journey didn’t stop there. Post-graduation, a new passion blossomed – veganism.

With determination, I ventured to reimagine what traditional French pastries could be with plant-based ingredients. After countless experiments, I succeeded in crafting vegan versions of the French classics, without compromising on the flavors, textures, and aesthetics that define them.

Today, every bite you take is infused with memories, experiences, and a commitment to sustainable and compassionate baking.
